Why choose us

Our consultants are registered specialists with the General Medical Council and have met stringent appointment and accreditation criteria. They are recognised experts in their chosen specialised fields and regularly perform complex procedures.

Midland Orthopaedic Practice is supported through BMI The Priory and Edgbaston Hospital facilities, providing patients with state-of-the-art operating theatres, the latest equipment and 24-hour, on-site medical cover. Patient facilities include en-suite rooms with satellite TV, restaurant services and even complimentary parking for both patients and visitors.

The aim of the practice is to provide a fast, personal service in all aspects of orthopaedic assessment, diagnosis, treatment and surgery; dealing with hip, knee, shoulder, foot, ankle, spine and hand conditions.

The practice enables consultants from established, specialist services to offer a 'one-stop' diagnosis and treatment facility.

This allows cross referral to another consultant, when required, which simplifies the process and speeds up treatment.

Referred patients requiring treatment can be promptly seen, their condition diagnosed and treatment arranged with the minimum of fuss and delay. This group offers a partnership of excellence in surgical and non-surgical techniques, allowing patients to return to a pain-free and fulfilled lifestyle. Specialist care and treatment from recognised leaders in their chosen orthopaedic fields, at both national and international levels.

Clinical Excellence

Midland Orthopaedic Practice is committed to exceptional standards of service in clinical quality and treatment, from your first appointment to recuperation. We provide patients with all the information they need before commencing treatment. Our consultants go to great lengths to help you to understand your condition, the choice of treatment and the associated benefits and risks. The professional standards maintained within the practice are monitored and accredited through a nationally recognised framework and all members of staff supporting ourconsultants are trained to the highest standards.
