High quality care for children too

We look after children from 3 years up to the age of 16 years and we carry out complex and minor surgery.
Led by a Paediatric Nursing Team, we have a separate day care unit where we care for children in a happy and relaxed atmosphere which relieves their anxiety and helps them to make a speedy recovery. If they need to be admitted to our Bourneville Suite we have 23 rooms including some double rooms which allows parents to stay. Our reputation is for high quality, family-centered care and our aim is that each and every child experiences this special approach during their stay. We are able to adapt our services to meet individual needs and our wish is that every child and their family will feel respected, understood, supported and involved.

Our two hospitals are 'home' to many leading paediatric related consultant specialists – which is probably one the largest group of private paediatric specialists outside of London - many of whom are considered to be amongst the world's leading clinicians. Indeed, many of our specialists hold parallel senior clinical and research posts at leading NHS trust hospitals.
Parents and children are invited to visit the hospital in advance for a pre-assessment visit and also to familiarise themselves with the surroundings. Parents are also welcome to stay with their child overnight when they are admitted and arrangements can be made on request.
